What do you need before you start?
Nothing physical. No scans, no signature on paper. Keep this to hand:

We use it for the eIDAS verification via Sumsub.

Your address details
Private and, if already known, the business address for your BV.

A working name for your BV
You can still change it before the notary executes the deed.

Co-founders' details (if any)
Name, email, ID. We send them an invitation to verify.

What happens on which day.
Four to seven working days between your first click and your KvK registration. The variation mostly comes down to how quickly everyone identifies and signs.

Identification
Verification via Sumsub: document, liveness check, PEP and sanctions screening.

Signing
You and your co-founders sign the articles of association and powers of attorney digitally.

KvK registration
