Issuing or transferring shares is a notarial act. At a notary's office that means €400 to €800 per transaction and another appointment at the office. With Digital Notary you arrange it from the same dashboard, for €199 per transaction.
Whether it is an investment round, a SAFE conversion, an option grant to employees or a co-founder leaving: the flow is always the same, and the register stays in sync automatically.

Frequently asked questions.
01What does a transaction cost?
€199 per share issue or transfer. An amendment to the articles of association (for example adding a new share class) costs €499.
02How does a SAFE conversion work?
The SAFE itself is concluded outside the notary. At the moment of conversion in a later round, we record the issue in a notarial deed and the shares go into the register.
