Onboarding takes you about twenty minutes. After that, our partner civil-law notary executes the deed and registers your BV with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK). The whole process takes 4 to 7 working days.
We work with Berger Notariaat, a recognised Dutch civil-law notary firm that executes the notarial deed and handles the KvK registration.
Yes. We use a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) under the eIDAS Regulation. It is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature throughout the EU.
The monthly fee is not a subscription but the operational layer beneath your company: the digital shareholder register, your file and the notarial infrastructure. It is what it costs to have a cap table that is always correct.
An online register that always gives you a view of your BV’s shareholders, their shares and the rights attached to them. The shares are dematerialised and held in a collective depot at Nxchange. This means shares can be issued and transferred digitally after incorporation, without going back to the notary for every transaction. The register is updated automatically.
Yes. New shareholders can be added fully digitally through the platform. The Pro package includes onboarding for up to five shareholders.
